Training for US Nationals in September

I have been training my butt off for the US Nationals Competition in California on Sept 12. It's been a tough road especially for a 40 year old instructor. I am in great shape and I think we will do well at this tournament. We have about 7 guys total going! It's going to be fun. I am going to be competing more and more!
